Believe and Achieve Annual Holiday Shop 2012

On Friday December 14th, GSA’s non-profit foundation, Believe & Achieve, sent GSA volunteers to the YPAL Holiday Shop at the YMCA Youth Center in West Chester. Believe & Achieve is a presenting sponsor of the YPAL program which assists low income children in West Chester by providing education and enrichment programs as well as providing an after school safe haven for elementary children.

The YPAL Holiday Shop allowed the children of the program to spend Y Bucks they earn throughout the year on presents for their family members. By generous donations from GSA staff and various other groups, the Holiday Shop was able to offer a nice variety of gifts for the children to purchase and the opportunity to buy gifts for family members that would not have been an option for them outside of the program. Our volunteers helped the children shop and wrap gifts for the holiday season.
