The Wheels Up: Stand Strong Fund is on a mission to provide individuals who have experienced life-changing injuries or diagnoses with increased access to adaptive golf within our region and beyond.

About

The Wheels Up: Stand Strong Fund was established in the fall of 2022 in partnership with The Hope for Helm Foundation and Jaworski Golf. Our team and the Helm family know first-hand the positive impact that the sport of golf can have on one’s physical and mental health. However, significant physical impairments, such as paralysis resulting from spinal cord injury, can make navigating a golf course nearly impossible, until now!

In 2023, we purchased and placed our first adaptive carts at Downingtown Country Club, and we are thrilled to have them available for use during the 2023 golf season. Our team is committed to improve, promote, and grow adaptive golf throughout the Philadelphia golf market and beyond, because even your worst day of golf is certainly an excellent day!
